摘要

A new rotary lifting device of MSW (municipal solid waste) transfer station was put forward. This device has the advantage of high carrying capacity, low cost and small space-occupied. The kinematic parameters of transmission system are the main factors influencing on lifting stability. Basing on virtual prototyping technology, the rationality of establishing geometric model and physical model of transmission system was studied. By establishing parameterized simulating model, the stability of lifting device influenced by many kinematic parameters and structural parameters was studied; these parameters include the rotary speed, rotary period of transmission system and so on. The sensitivity and the optimal markedness of each variable were found out. The optimization measures of aggrandizing period of rotary transmission system were given. The application of virtual prototyping technology in MSW management equipment has shortened the exploitive period dramatically, reduced the exploitive expenditure and cost effectively and improved the product quality and system capability obviously. The results of experiments also show that these optimization methods have good effect.
