FEATURE MODELING CONSTRAINT-BASED FOR COLLABORATIVE DESIGN

摘要

To solve the constraint conflict of feature modeling for collaborative design, the novel approach of feature modeling constraint-based was developed. Constraints of feature modeling for collaborative design were presented, defined, classified, and parameterized. The Mathematics models of constraints were established. Any change of feature models can be expressed as the modification of constraint parameters. Solved the constraint models, accessed the log of feature modeling, the feature models can be restructured. In the environment of collaborative design, the feature modeling constraint-based improved efficiency, avoided artificial conflicts, improved design flexibility and assisted conflict resolution for collaborative design.
