摘要

Based on the theory of the concentrated parameter, a three-dimensional dynamic model with 12 degrees of freedom for the spiral bevel and hypoid gears transmission system is developed, in which the flexional, torsional, axial and rotational motions are considered. The elastic deformation of the transmission shaft and the bearing, the drive of the mess toughness, error and mess impact are considered in the model. On the foundation of neglecting the rotational vibration, the transmission system is dealt with a model with 8 degrees of freedom and analyzed using the 5-steps Runge-Kutta numerical integral method of auto adapted varied steps. The dynamic response is received and the dynamic behavior of the transmission system is analyzed.
