摘要

As for the complication of the curve surface of the auto-cycle’s gasoline tank, the reverse engineering is considered to configure 3D model. Firstly, the point clouds data is obtained by advanced non-contacted laser-scanning equipment. Secondly, the point clouds data is dealt with filter technology such as directed examination, curved examination to delete the noise data and broken points. Thirdly, the curve surface is imminent simulated by non-symmetrical rational B (NURBS), and the NURBS curve surface based on the iterative is accurately simulated by the least square method. Finally, the data is modified through the error analysis of point data and the designed curve surface. The research mainly considered the fairing of the curve surface under the condition of ensuring the error precision between the model and the specimens.
