摘要

The paper honeycomb fixation method based on the friction clamping principle is introduced in a nutshell. As an important subsystem of friction-based paper honeycomb fixation equipment, the components and work principle of numerical control feeder are studied. The vibration feeder, as the key parts of the subsystem, are designed in detail. In order to control the discharge rate of bulk solids conveniently, a meshed board and an electromagnetic switch are fixed on the outlet of the feeder. Under the condition of giving the hole-size in the meshed board and vibration acceleration, the relation between discharges of iron powder and flow time, and the relation between discharge rate and vibration frequency, are studied by means of experiments. The influences of electromagnetic switch dynamic characteristics on quantitative controlling precision of bulk solids are analyzed too..
