The ruled NURBS surface is very important for modeling of complex targets. The shadows between the NURBS surfaces in physical optic integral are successfully dealt with by using Trimmed NURBS. Based on the character of the ruled NURBS surface, a ribbon method of physical optics integral for the ruled Trimmed NURBS surface is presented. The excellent results show that this method achieves the accuracy as Gaussian method, but requires much small amounts of computer memory and CPU time.
