In order to understand the interfacial phenomena of crystal growth process, a simplified mathematical physical model of the crystal growth process is developed. And it has been numerically solved using the axisymmetric dual reciprocity boundary clement method (ADRBEM) with augmented items. Solute redistribution and the phenomena of non-isothermal phase change in the process are obtained.
