摘要

The situations of developing Q345qC low-alloy structural steel for bridge in Shaogang are introduced. Comprehensive performances of steel plate are improved through designing reasonable chemical composition and working out suitable smelting, casting, rolling process, and adopting technical measures combined microalloying with controlled rolling and controlled cooling. The production results indicate that the properties of Q345qC steel plate meet the requirements of standard in chemical composition, mechanical properties, in particular, elongation and low temperature impact toughness are better, average elongation is up to 30%, average impact energy at 0°C is up to 220J.
