FIELD TESTCONDITION MAINTENANCE OF UNITS IN GEZHOUBA HYDRO-POWERPLANT

Based on the observation and field test on units in Gezhouba hydro-plant, it is found that the operation status and relative efficiency of the hydro-generator have been changed very much, which have been operating for over twenty years. The turbine's stability becomes worse, and the failure of equipment occurs more frequently at the same time. In order to guarantee the safety and reliability of power station operating and gain most economic benefit, equipments healthy must be taken more care .To achieve equipment's on line monitoring system, establish failure diagnose analysis system and master the rule is the condition based maintenance subject being developed.
