Ngshou 2nd Stage Hydropower Station in Gan Su Provice lies in the very cold and often earthquake and dry region, the mountain is steep, the dam type is seldom seen grotesquely type concrete face rockfill dam,the biggest dam height 146.5 m, construction term is rather bad, and the work period is short, and the mission is heavy. For insure the construction speed and the quantity, through the cautiously analysising with the argument,we change the high digitated wall's normal concrete to RCC and adopt the technique of cave blowing up in the moraine material . This makes construction speed greatly. Counteract that extruded wall fored normal regulations of the front-panel dam upper stream ramped to start construction method.Construction practice shows that the mat layer material with extruded wall do not take place breaking away phenomenon and combine to stipulation concrete front-panel very small, that have no need to draw brushing the pitch the etc. to insulate.At the same time in the digitated plank, discharge tower of release excessive tunnel reinforcing bar under construction adopt the technique of the strong straight screw thread in reinforcing bar etc. conjunction, so we get the good result of construction term and profit.
