RESEARCH ON THE SELF-HEALING WATERSTOP OF PERIMETER JOINT OF JILINTAI-I CFRD

摘要

Jilintai-I CFRD is 157m high and designed under 6 degrees of earthquake intensity. The self-healing property was of major concern in its waterstop design. According to experiment result, the water expanding plastic filler was adopted firstly in the world for the top waterstop defense. The main results of the experiment are given, along with the self-healing waterstop of the perimeter joint.
