Vitreo-retinal interface: diagnosis and medical-surgical treatment

摘要

In macular surgery is very important the use of ICG that facilitate the removal of ILM and permitted a very good improvement of anatomic result in macular pucker and good functional result in others pathologies of vitreo-retinal interface. There are some controversies about the importance of peeling of ILM in macular pucker, the choice about the evolutive stage of macular hole surgery, the use and the toxicity of ICG for peeling of hyaloid and ILM in these pathologies and the utility of adjuvants in this kind of surgery.
