Researching of the Thermal Energy of the Residues in Wood-processing Companies

摘要

Based on the problems of dealing with waste wood of wood-industry, this thesis told about a new designed energy system, introduced working principle of turning waste wood into fuel. It also told about the physical and chemical phenomenon during burning process of wood, analyzed the calorific amount of wooden fuel and its influences. The character of wood-industry and the changing tendency of wooden fuel's low-heating values with the changing of moisture content and a requirement to the moisture content of wooden fuel are pointed out. It also analyzed the feasibility of replacing coal with waste material from the point of view of capability of heat and calculated the balance problem between the input of the waste and consumption of energy.
