Thermoformable engineered polyolefin composites with low temperature ductility and various surface effects, such as high gloss, low gloss, and soft touch, are introduced. These structures are co-extruded laminates, engineered for optimum final part properties and appearance. Surface materials are designed for durability, weathering, color matching, and other customized properties. Substrate materials provide structural rigidity, fracture toughness, and low temperature ductility. All composite structures discussed are fully recyclable and compatible with other polyolefins to provide utilization of process scrap and trim.
