Chinese Herbal 912 Compound Improves Microcirculatory Disturbances Induced by Endotoxin in Rats

摘要

The present study investigated the effects of herbal 912 compound on microcirculatory disturbance induced by endotoxin in rat mesentery. The changes of blood speed and leukocytes behavior in postvenule vessel after endotoxin injection were observed by videomicroscopy continuously during the experiments. Herbal 912 compound significantly prevent the decreased of blood speed, leukocytes adherence and leukocytes thrombi formation in mesenteric postvenule vessel The result indicated that herbal 912 compound has protective effects to improve the microcirculatory disturbances induced by endotoxin in rat mesentery.
