摘要

It was shown that for the both applied deposition methods, detonation and VPS spraying, the preparation of surface plays an important role in the process of molten particles impact. The greater amount of deposited particles and their bigger size is observed in the case of Ni coated and oxidized surface. That proves the definitive role of chemical interaction for adhesion mechanism. The failure of the coating occurs in the coating layer not at the interlayer boundary that indicates the cohesion mechanism of deposited coating failure. However attempts to make detailed identification of the intermediate layer at the boundary between nickel oxide layer and deposited coating were not successful.
