This study presents concentration-activity relationships of Pseudopterosins (Ps.) extracted from Pseudopterogorgia elisabethae (P. elisabethae) collected from the Little Bahama Bank in the Bahamas Islands. The solubility properties in different solvents were examined; in one case a precipitate formed that was identified as Ps. E. The concentration - activity relationships were tested in a new anti-inflammatory cellular model.
