COLLAGEN MATRICES FOR PARENTERAL APPLICATION: MODELLING OF SWELLING AND DRUG RELEASE

摘要

Swelling and drug release of thermal crosslinked collagen matrices was modelled considering the existence of a moving inner front separating the polymer from a gel phase. Computed results are in agreement with the experimental data for gentamicin.
