For the case of large angle scattering beam the mechanism ofplasma FEL brings to the spectrum broadening during beam-plasmainteraction. This mechanism is mostly effective for the high-currentbeam because intensity of radiation is proportional to the squareddensity of the beam particles. If REB is not moment scattered then thebeam-plasma instability itself leads to the excitation of broadbandoscillation spectrum. For such values of the nonlinear dynamics theinstability is chaotic. Excited oscillations are nonregular and havecontinuous spectrum. It should be noted that fast thermalization notonly of plasma particles but the particles of the initiallymonoenergetic beam takes place. The above plasma frequency FEL-mechanismcan make its contribution to the broadband spectrum excitation
