Domain Experts and Their Quest for Knowledge

摘要

During two years, a total of 12 different teams were studied under the context of a technology transfer project. This project had as its goal the diffusion of domain engineering methods. In so doing, the project studied how experts create knowledge and the value of their expertise to their organizations. This paper summarizes the experience and findings.
