Cafeteria-Style Benefits Plan Service System for Advanced Japanese Company

摘要

This paper describes cafeteria-style benefits plan service system and its participants. Our Web-based service system consists of a point management system, a menu management system, and a case management system. The point management system consists of four subsystems. There are employer, employees, menu suppliers, and agents for the case management. Using points given by the employer, employees select the menu items supplied by the menu suppliers and use points as well as money for it. Agents handle some menu suppliers. This paper also discusses future possibilities as well as the business model and the system concept.
