Managing simultaneous projects-how to improve productivity and retain knowledge

摘要

New product development can be well performed if attention is paid to the three main factors influencing the design work: technology applied in the design, process and methods used to do it, and people and their knowledge. This paper discusses possible bridges between these factors showing how important is to retain knowledge in order to improve productivity.
