The algorithm of the multiuser detector (MUD) based on decision-feedback is analyzed in this paper. The performance of the proposed detector is evaluated and simulated. Numerical and simulation results show that, under ideal power control, this detector is better than the conventional and decorrelating multiuser detectors in terms of BER performance, while in terms of "near-far" resistance, after ranking the signals in descending order of received powers, this detector is still better than conventional and decorrelating ones and finally approaches to the single-user bound.
