The stochastic model of the discharge channels growth has beencreated. It is the known fractal dielectric breakdown modelmodification. The changing channel conduction and physical time wereintroduced in the model. The space-time and current characteristics ofthe growing discharge structure were investigated at different appliedvoltage values. The growth of the filamentary, dendrite and bush-likedischarge structures were simulated in the three dimensional space. Thequantitative comparison of the simulation results and the experimentaldata on transformer oil breakdown have been presented
