ESD in cleanrooms

Issues of electrostatic control compatibility in cleanrooms and clean manufacturing areas are the focus of this workshop. A panel of industry manufacturers and end users of present and discuss ESD, EMI, ESA, and contamination considerations. The focus will be on methods of identifying and avoiding problems.
