摘要

The objective of the present work was to study the relation between thernal conductivity and mechanical and chemical properties of deposited diamond-like carbon (DLC) films. Films prepared by ion beam deposition (IBD) and by plasma assisted chemical vapor deposition (PACVD) were studied.
