Some aspects of propagation of coherent light for various purposes (for diagnosis in medicine and for strain testing material in industry) are studied and discussed in this paper. Different disturbances that could appear in fiber application are included in the investigation of some prototypes (as sensing, endoscope or its components), too. Some of the results of the mechanical fiber coupling with mechanical stresses are presented, too.
