摘要

NTC thermistor was realized in thick film technology. NTC 3K3-2/95 paste used, was composed of submicronic powder of oxides MnO, CoO, Fe_2O_3, organic resin and 4% binding Bi_2O_3 glass. The sensor is powered optically, through the conversion of light energy into the electrical energy in the sensor head. The signal from the NTC sensor is frequency modulated and converted into a sequence of pulses. The pulses drive LED, and via another optical fiber the signal is transmitted to the receiver, where it is demodulated and processed. The sensor is optimized, together with the fiber optical system and aimed, for the use in explosives, flammable and chemically aggressive environments.
