This paper describes an effort in which HF chemical laser nozzle manufacturing techniques that could be used for a Hypersonic Low Temperature (HYLTE) nozzle in a cylindrical gain generator configuration. Techniques are being analyzed as a part of work performed by TRW for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command. The of this analysis is to determine techniques in order to build a dimensionally and functionally correct full HYLTE ring. This is important as the results of HYLTE determining the techniques will be used for design and analysis a HYLTE gain generator that could be used in Space Based Laser (SBL) applications.
