The paper is devoted to a preliminary study of electric propulsion (EP) modules for space-rocket-launching complexes (SRLC) with Yamal or Soyuz launch vehicles (LV) for transportation of Russian Satellites of a new generation. Yamal-200 and Yamal-300 telsats are to be inserted into GSO. Spacecraft (S/C) Astro family is to be explited in HEO high-apogee orbits. Estimation of efficiency of EP application based on stationary plasma thrusters (SPT) in a similar transport missions is interesting for the demonstration of a new rising strategy of EP utilizing commercial viability and feasibility.
