The investigation purpose which results are convered in this report consisted in the grounding a new way for longiktudinal fluctuations sedation using a being present in Launch Vehicle (LV) tanks some weights of fuel components. The calculating technique is developed in order to determine a main effective significance parameters of FLuctuations Damper (FD) that is mounted in the LV fuel tanks. The new FD design is roughcast worked out and its experimental investigations are conducted using FD dynamically similar model.
