A measurement bench has been developed to determine the transfer impedance (Zt) of high immunity cables. The authors built a bench with a quadriaxial structure. To reach the high dynamic measurement range of their bench, they had to inject a 50 W signal; the signal analyzer was a spectrum analyzer inside a Faraday cage. To validate their test bench, they measured well-known commercial cables and compared results. Measurements they made were coherent with standard values. They achieved a sensitivity of 0.3 /spl mu//spl Omega//m up to 100 MHz.
