Bainitic structures,bainitic steels and prospect

摘要

The recent development and applicaiton of Mn-B bainitic steels (BS) in China are presented in this paper.The superiority of Mn-B BS was exhibited in a comparison with Mo-B BS.The new discoveries of morphology,microstructure,fine structure and ultra-fine structure and hteir effect on the fracture process of BS are proposed.The reason why Mn-B bainitic steels possess high properties and hte principle for composition design are partly provided.
