The experimental research of vacuum quenching of water-quenching steel

摘要

Presently,technique of vacuum heating treatment have been used broadly in machinery,metallurgy,traffic,aviation,space flight,national defense,machine,tool,light industry,electronic industry,family eelctrical equipment,and so on.New and high technique has been used in makign equipment of vacuum heating treatment.Those equipment are able to deal with heating treatment about different sorts of steels.The types of furnace are up to ten.But it is still a blank in China for the low harden-ability materials like carbons steel,stainless steel,titannium alloy etc.Quenched in vacuum with water.So,the techniqeu of vacuum quenching in water is obliged to do Through the experimental research,we cna solve the tough problem of vacuum quenching in water for the mateials of high carbontool steel,middle carbon alloy steel,low alloy steel and stainless steel which can't be quenched hard in the oil.
