Organizations are confronted with the challenge of continuously improving their competitive posture in order to succeed in today's information intensive global economy. This paper proposes an integrated management model based on best of breed management model based on best of breed management practices to provide managers with a framework for effective decision making. The author believes that proper implementation and execution of the proposed model would enable organizations to transform themselves into intelligent enterprises capable of competing successfully in the 21~st century.
