There is an emerging problem in the environment of the Internet related-based applications, specifically in electronic commerce applications. This problem is caused by the continuous changes on the technology and the lack of defined standards for this kind of applications. The companies have to choose between quality in their software process and products and the need to adapt new amrket requirements in a fast way.
