Nuclear safety arrangements while storing enriched uranium

In the process of nuclear weapons component dismantlement, uranium and plutonium are extracted and then reprocessed and stored separately. This report proposes a solution to the problem of how to provide nuclear safety while storing highly enriched uranium at the Chemical and Metallurgical Plant of Siberian Chemical Combine.
