Abstract: Collisions between argon and nitric oxide were studied in crossed supersonic beams. Resonance enhanced multiphoton ionization was used to determine post collision relative populations of many rotational, spin-orbit, and $Lambda doublet states. A preference for the production of the II(A'') $Lambda doublet component in the collisions was observed. !14
