Influence of salt on mass transfer and equilibria at reactive extraction of organic aids

摘要

Extraction equilibria of aqueous organic acid solutions with different solvents and ion-exchangers were well investigated in the last 30 years. But for the desing of extraction columns also the kinetics of the acid extraction are important. Often also salts are present in the aqueous phase and influence the phase equilibria and the extraction kinetics. A view to literature shows that this influence is poorly investigated.
