Abstract: The temperature and concentration dependences of the thermal conductivity of the PbTe-MnTe solid solutions in the range of (170 $DIV 670) K were obtained. THE existence of minima in all the curves in the region of (400 $DIV 450) K is related to appearance of intrinsic conductivity. The estimation of contributions into the thermal conductivity made by different factors was carried out. The effective cross-section of phonon scattering under doping with Mn was calculated. !20
