The problems of isotope production,investigation and application are of great interest both for fundamental and apply aspects [1-3].The fundamental meaning of the problem is closely connected with such investigations as nuclear interaction structure and nucleogenesis in Universe,see the curve on Fig.1.The last problem is in it's turn leads to the chemical element abundance understanding in the Universe.One of dramatic points on this curve is the deep fall in the region of a transition from light to heavy elements,connected with the synthesis of Li,Be,BtoC.The case is that previous elements are synthesized on bimary (pair) collisions between nucleons and #beta#-decay inside stars: d+n=>T=>~3He+n=>~4He.But there is no any binary nuclear reaction which ca lead to the synthesis of nuclei heavier then ~4He,because ~5He is absent.So such heavy elements must be absent in the Universe.The Universe without carbon,ferrum,etc.has no biological (organic) life.This dramatic situation is overcomed by three particle (Salpiter) reaction:3#alpha#=>~12C,which makes it possible the synthesis of heavy elements.
