Devclopment of Highly Durable Permanent Formwork Using Mortar Mixed with Stainless Steel Fibre

摘要

Aiming at the rationalization of concrete construction and durability improvement, the authors have developed permanent formwork called "Seed Form" . It is used as the formwork during construction period but works as a structural element after completion. The Seed Form is a combination of stainless steel fibers with high corrosion resistance and high tensile strength, and low water content mortar with high durability and strength. Its surfaces to be adbered to concrete are roughened with joint treatment agent.
