Abstract: This paper describes methods that have been developedfor using multiple hypothesis tracking (MHT) for anagile beam radar in the presence of range gate pull off(RGPO) electronic countermeasures (ECM). The papershows how the agile beam radar allocation logic can beextended to include uncertainty in target position dueto data association uncertainty. It also shows how theMHT track score can be modified to reflect targetoffset from the commanded radar antenna position andhow measured SNR is included in the track score. Results from the second Benchmark tracking study arepresented. These results show MHT-based allocation toge highly efficient. The results also show that thesystem satisfies stringent track maintenancerequirements in the presence of RGPO and coincidenttarget maneuvers. !16
