A single-arm spiral antenna with a tilted beam

A circularly polarized wave (CPW) radiation beam tilted from the direction normal to an antenna plane can be obtained using a spiral antenna [1]. The authors have numerically analyzed this type of spiral antenna [2], [3]. In Reference [2], the center of a two-arm spiral antenna is shifted towards the outer circumference, while in Reference [3] a single-arm spiral antenna is used without shifting the spiral center.
