Computations and measurements of radiation from printed circuit boards

Results of computation and measurement of radiated emissions of high speed digital circuits on printed circuit boards are presented. Computations involve a complete frequency domain analysis of the circuit. From a knowledge of the voltages and currents at discontinuities, the current distribution on the printed tracks is evaluated. Emission levels are subsequently computed using the current distribution.
