A New On-Line Insulation Diagnostic Technique for Power Apparatus by Detecting Electromagnetic Signals Emitted from PD

摘要

A new on-line insulation diagnostic technique for the power apparatus by detecting electromagnetic signals emitted from PD is presented in this paper. This technique consists of two methods, one is "Spatial Phase Difference Method " and the other is Time-Frequency Analysis Method ". This technique is shown to be useful and progressive for detecting the symptom of the insulation fault.
