HCNC: High Capacity Netlist Compare

摘要

The author describes HCNC (High Capacity Netlist Compare), atechnique for netlist comparison that uses the natural hierarchy of thetransistor circuit to significantly increase the capacity of traditionalnetlist comparison algorithms. Since the natural hierarchy of thecircuit is used, HCNC does not require hierarchical information from theuser. HCNC also has some desirable properties for error recovery.Results from the network comparison of several large industrial circuitsshall show the viability of this algorithm
