Intelligent speech production system is different from ordinary speech production systems. We considered not only how to convert text into speech but also how to generate the necessary text in text-to-speech conversion. The system gets the right text by the step of topic selection, text planning, text organization, grammar realization and text generation. According to the generated text the system at last generates speech which have good quality in naturalness and intelligibility using Chinese Text-to-Speech Conversion System.
