RESEARCH OF THE VOICE MESSAGE HANDLING SYSTEM

摘要

A series of suggestions x..400, which is called Message Handling System(MHS), was promulgated by CCITT in 1984 to realise the international standardization of the electronical postage. By making a perfect combination of the technologies of computer, communication and information processing, the MHS forms an electronical imitation of the traditional postage system. The vioce message handling system(VMHS) discussed in this article is a part of MHS. We'll take the research according to international standard of the MHS.
