Abstract: It is shown that the simultaneous measuring of the brightness coefficients and autocorrelation functions of temporary fluctuations of backscattered radiation by erythrocyte suspensions at one or several wavelengths has given information with respect to diffusion coefficients, first and second moments of size distribution of particles and their aspherical parameter. It is shown that dynamic spectral width at multiple scattering offers the information on erythrocyttes absorption and oxygenation, but not only geometric characteristics of particles. The possibility of the determination of rotation Brownian motion and flicker phenomena are analyzed in a condition of multiple scattering in the basis of the earlier received data. !11
